Well start with off with its stats: a nice Darkness typing will let it hit Gengar SF for weakness as well as (ab)use Special D Energies, 100 HP doesnt provide much survivability and evolving from Eevee will give it some nice support from the other Eeveelutions. It has a x2 Fighting Weakness, which I consider to be one of the worst Weaknesses to have, considering Promocroak, Machamp (SF and Prime) and Donphan all hit you for twice the damage
